If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply return your unused item within 30 days quoting your order number and we will refund your purchase in full. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
With Proswimwear you now have the option to send a price match request, all you have to do is navigate to the product page that you are interested in and press the "Price Match" button on that page, then fill in the details required.
If we agree to match the price we will also give you an extra 2% off the item. Please note, a price match request may take 24 hours for a response (but is usually much quicker) during working hours and up to 72 hours if submitted on the weekend.
Please note that when considering Price Match requests we will also take into account any delivery charges.

We aim to despatch your order the same day or the day after depending on the time you place your order. We have several delivery options for you to choose from whether that's standard free delivery, express or next working day. Most orders selected for standard free delivery will arrive with you within 2-3 working days and other options sooner. If an item you have ordered is unfortunately out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours by customer services by phone if possible or email if not.
ProSwimwear now offers DHL guaranteed delivery by the next working day (*if order has been placed before 3pm BST). Pricing is dependent and calculated on the weight and size of the package. Deliveries to the UK are received by end of next working day. Packages can be tracked and traced via the tracking number which we will be emailed to you upon shipment, just enter your tracking number at http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html to follow your order. All prices are viewed in British pounds and exclude duties, taxes and other potential charges.
Next Day Delivery Option
Next day delivery options are available in the UK. Monday to Friday Next Day and Saturday delivery available, via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Next working day guaranteed deliveries throughout the United Kingdom are available via DHL.
Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday to qualify for next day delivery.
Orders for "Next Day Saturday" delivery must be placed before 3pm on Friday to qualify.
On occasions for a DHL multiple goods order whereby a product is not currently in stock at the time of being placed, we reserve the right to dispatch the remainder of the item/s via Royal Mail at a later date. This will form as the rest of your original order and will be included in the initial payment received for delivery.
Global-E Payment Options
Payment is taken by our international sales facilitation and fulfilment partner, Global-e. This allows you to pay for you items in your local or desired currency.
You may pay by debit card, credit card or another alternative payment method specified as part of the checkout process.
The price of products is calculated according to the rate of exchange between the base currency on our website and the local currency of the destination country at the time you place your order. Global-e reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly at our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the Website.
Once you have placed a Global-E order with us your items will be dispatched from us following the same guidelines as regular orders in the UK. If your order is processed and approved by Global-E before 3PM GMT it will be dispatched from us the very same day. You will receive tracking information once the package reaches the Global-E hub and from that point on you will be able to track the parcels progress to your front door!
Orders from Europe will take approximately 2-5 days after dispatch and Worldwide will take approximately 3-10 days after dispatch. This information is an approximation and could potentially take longer so if you need an item by a specific date be sure to order in plenty of time!
You will be fully refunded for the value of the goods returned. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs (unless the goods being returned are faulty) or any taxes you paid on your order, if applicable. Please note that we will refund your shipping costs if you are returning faulty goods.
