The Turbo Pull Buoy is designed for swim training, it is made with soft EVA foam which does not chafe or irritate skin.

This Pull Buoy is placed between the swimmers legs and held in place by keeping their legs together.

With the legs immobilised the swimmer can now focus on their arms to develop upper body strength and stroke technique.
