Likely to have been used for sizing, Grade B wetsuits will have the odd mark, nick or possible slight cosmetic marks/damage (e.g. fingernail marks, fading/peeling to design) Grade B wetsuits will still perform perfectly. Grade B suits have not been used other than for customer sizing and ProSwimwear will have repaired any large neoprene damage, this suit will perform as well as a new suit and is new other than customers trying on for sizing. The X-O Skeleton is the spine and support structure of the suit, holding the core of the swimmer straight and aligned in the water. Many swimmers increase their drag and lose efficiency by fish-tailing their hips side to side.

The X-O Skeleton supports the swimmer and allows them to cut through the water arrow straight and encourages a more efficient swim stroke.

Fitting your wetsuit

It is vitally important to get a close-fitting wetsuit. Once you have an optimally fitted wetsuit on it feels like a second skin which is what makes it so effective when you are in the water. But with a garment that fits so tightly, the challenge is in how to get it on without damaging the suit or chafing or trapping your skin. Adjusting the suit to fit your body comfortably so that it doesn't cause discomfort whilst you are swimming also needs a little practice.
