Week one is a gentle introduction to the fitness plan, each week the drills and exercises will get progressively harder in order to build up your fitness levels. To complete this course you’ll need to be at the pool twice a week and it’s a good idea to have some training kit before you start!
Essential training tools include a Pullbuoy, Kickboard, Training Fins and Hand Paddles. For this week you’ll just need a pullbuoy. Don’t worry if you don’t have one already, you can find many fine Pull Buoys for sale on our website, including the Speedo Elite Pullbuoy.
Lets get started with Week One:
