Here at ProSwimwear we're interested in all types of swimming and one sport that's caught our eye recently is SwimRun. The Scandinavian adventure sport has made it's way over to the UK quite recently, with several events scheduled for the summer season in 2016. SwimRun is not for the faint-hearted, the events take place over a cross-country course where you switch between swimming and running several times during the race.
