How much water do you need to drink during and before swimming training

How many fluids are enough during swimming training?

In general, insufficient fluid not only leads to the feeling of physical fatigue but can also lower focus, which could impact your performance at galas! As a swimmer, it is recommended to drink 16 ounces of fluid two hours before the training to make sure that you go into the pool well hydrated. To rehydrate properly you should drink about 8 ounces every 20 minutes until you’re in the pool for less than half an hour.
