The new Aquaapid Women's AQRace AIKE XTR Plus Kneesuit in Black is the most technical kneesuit structurally designed to satisfy the needs of determined racers striving for outstanding results. The open back kneesuit allows full movement within in the shoulders and back while also giving full support. 

The ultrasonic welding process and a max-flex bonding tape are a powerful match, which balances the body's line, enabling movement harmony, and provides durability, flexibility and unique skin softness, avoiding roughness and irritating chafing.

Designed with the AQ K-Tech engineered fabric this kneesuit allows minimized water drag with maximized gliding. The flurocarbon resin fnishing has developed into the most important water (and oil) repellent treatment forcing water molecules that come in contact with fabric to remain on surface, allowing swimmers to effectively glide through the water. 

AQ K-Tech engineered fabric is designed with 4 main features that make it a unique fabric:

• Compression - Thanks to the cobimation of the woven structure and the elastic yarns: the weave is created by yarns with a straight placement which allows the transfer of all the modulus without dispersion.This allows the suit create less muscle vibration to enhance the glide in water and allows for a smoother body surface in order to reduce turbulence and consequently the volume drag.
• Lightness - The lightness and the limited thickness of AQ K-Tech are two important elements for the efficiency in water. Such a thin fabric, less than 0.5 mm, with low weight, has a cross section which enables a much less water retention, creating less drag in the water. The fabric acts like a second skin and assures a feeling of total interaction between the skin and the water. 
• Hydrophobicity - The hydophobicity is reached with a special technology that is prepared and applied in the different phases of the production process. The treatment is not only on the surface of the fabric but it is done also on the single yarn filaments in the inner part of the fabric structure, meaning water pick up is very limited even after hours of intense use.
• Density - More than 200 yarn crossings per square cm is the distinctive feature of the fabric. This is very important to guarantee less water penetration through the surface and thus a better glide.
