to provide the best products and service available,
however, like any store if you are unhappy with your
purchase for any reason then you can return it to us.
Just follow the easy steps below to return
goods to us:
- You must notify us within 7 days if
you wish to return items and then return them within
14 days of invoice date.
- You will need to contact us. Please
email returns@proswimwear.co.uk
or call 0845 2600 612 with your original invoice number
and we will issue a returns number and organise your
replacement order or refund on receipt of the goods.
- The return number must be clearly
marked on the package. No package will be accepted
returned without this number visible. We cannot accept
any returned items without prior authorisation.
- All items must be returned with their
original tags and packaging in place, unworn and undamaged.
- All returns are the responsibility
of the customer until we acknowledge receipt therefore
we recommend you send them back using traceable means
e.g. Recorded Delivery.
If you return an item to us for exchange or refund you
must cover the cost of delivery back to us but there
is no further charge for the replacement delivery. Replacement
goods or refunds will only be released if the above
steps have been followed and only once we receive the
goods. Refunds take between 7-10 working days –
this is due to the card issuing bank and is out of our
control.
