we do not own any shops, this means all our time and
effort goes into making ProSwimwear as neat as possible
so you enjoy shopping with us.

You must be registered to purchase from
ProSwimwear.com, and just look at the benefits.

ORDERING WITH PROSWIMWEAR
The fastest and most secure way to order
is online using the website and secure payment system
provided.
All stock shown on the site is
available at the time of you ordering and as we instantly
receive your order it is usually processed and dispatch
within the same day (Monday-Friday) if placed before
1300. Go to Delivery
Alternatively you can phone your order
through on 0845 2600 612, however we still have to create
your account and use the same system as you would online.
ProSwimwear accept the following cards:

Unfortunately we are unable to accept
Visa Electron, Amex or JCB at this time.
When ordering you will have to enter
your card and address details. These are securely stored
on our designated server and will allow quick and safe
ordering in the future. Once you have created your account
with ProSwimwear you may add and edit card and address
details at any time allowing complete flexibility when

SIZES AND STOCK AVAILABILITY
If a size or product is not showing on
the site then we do not have it in stock at that time.
It is definitely worth checking back
as we do reorder certain lines and returned products
are coming back in stock all the time.
For information regarding the sizing
of products click the size guide icon when viewing a
product display.
All our sizes shown are based on UK sizes
and we will work out any necessary conversions from
US or Euro sizes when sending your goods.
If you cannot see a product or
size you require, or have recommendations of products
or brands you think we should stock then please e-mail
us or call and we will do our best.
PRICING AND PROMOTIONS
What you see is what you pay. There are
no hidden costs, taxes or charges and the price shown
is what you will pay for the goods. Delivery costs are
charged as published and these can be found here.
ProSwimwear value your custom and from
time to time we may contact you with information regarding
special offers and promotions. By entering a valid promotional
code a discount will be applied at the basket. Promotional
discounts cannot be applied to stock already reduced
in price.
ProSwimwear are unable to advise
in advance of any sale or promotion and reserve the
right to issue a refund or reimbursement for the difference
once you place an order for goods that may go on sale
for less at a later date.

*Next Day delivery orders must be placed
before 1300 and will be delivered before 1730 the following
working day (Monday-Friday). This is a signed for service
and will require a signature upon delivery.
If a Next Day delivery is unsuccessful
due to our fault we will charge standard delivery @
£2.50.
If you are unable to sign for or receive
a Next Day delivery, or have given us the wrong address
details, ProSwimwear reserve the right to withhold any
refund.
There are a few postcodes within the
UK that our carriers cannot deliver to. If you request
Next Day delivery and we cannot deliver we will reduce
the cost to standard delivery and contact you.
All international deliveries including
Europe and ROI are sent using a Royal Mail International
Signed For service and take between 3-7 working days.
ProSwimwear will always use the best
possible delivery method for your package. Should there
be a problem fulfilling or delivering your order we
will call or email you to discuss alternatives.
Once your order has been dispatched
from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation e-mail
informing you it’s on the way.
RETURNS
Thank you for shopping with ProSwimwear.com.
We make every effort to provide the best products and
service available, however, like any store if you are
unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can
return it to us.
Just follow the easy steps below to return
goods to us:
- You must notify us within 7 days if
you wish to return items and then return them within
14 days of invoice date.
- You will need a returns number. Please
call 0845 2600 612 and we will issue a returns number
and organise your replacement order or refund.
- The return number must be clearly
marked on the returns label provided and placed on
the package. No package will be accepted returned
without this number visible. We cannot accept any
returned items without prior authorisation.
- All items must be returned with their
original tags and packaging in place, unworn and undamaged.
- All returns are the responsibility
of the customer until we acknowledge receipt therefore
we recommend you send them back using traceable means
e.g. Recorded Delivery.
If you return an item to us for exchange or refund you
must cover the cost of delivery back to us but there
is no further charge for the replacement delivery. Replacement
goods or refunds will only be released if the above
steps have been followed and only once we receive the
goods. Refunds take between 7-10 working days –
this is due to the card issuing bank and is out of our
control.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

offer top quality clothing and other products at competitive
prices. We aim to make the ProSwimwear.com shopping
experience as smooth and secure as possible. Help us
to help you, by reading the T and C's so we don't fall
out... most of what's here is on the relevant pages
within the rest of the site. This just consolidates

that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
You, your - refers to any person purchasing from the
website maintained by the company ProSwimwear LIMITED
trading at www.ProSwimwear.com.
We, us, our - refers to the company ProSwimwear
LIMITED.
Goods, item(s) - refers to any product
or article purchased from ProSwimwear LIMITED and acknowledged
as purchased by us, and you in the form of a receipt.
- Upon receipt of order and clearance
of payment your goods will be dispatched as outlined
in delivery options. If for any reasons goods cannot
be dispatched you will be informed within 14 days.
- All goods are inspected for faults
before leaving our warehouse. However, if upon receipt
of goods any item is faulty, we will gladly replace
it free of charge, provided we are notified within
7 working days after receipt of the goods. Simply
follow the returns procedure as outlined and return
all faulty goods within 14 days after receipt of goods.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer
and we recommend you send all returned goods via a
traceable means e.g. Recorded Delivery. All goods
must be returned for us to inspect if a refund is
to be given. Please only return the faulty item(s)
and not the whole delivery as this will not be accepted
and you will be charged for re-delivery.
- All orders that are cancelled must
be unopened, unworn and in the original packaging.
If the order has not been dispatched a full refund
will be given. If the order has been dispatched then
a full refund will be given once we have received
the goods.
- If you are purchasing items that will
be worn next to the skin around the crotch area i.e.
board- shorts, swimming trunks, boxer shorts, briefs,
bikini bottoms, pants, thongs or similar, please ensure
you have the correct size as outlined in our size
guide. If our packaging department consider the garment
worn next to the skin then new items will only be
dispatched upon receipt of payment for replacement
otherwise original garments will be re-sent. We appreciate
that some garments may not fit, so please wear a pair
of briefs or knickers underneath when trying for size
so that in the event of having to exchange them for
another size there is no problem.
- Where there is a choice of size
or colour, please ensure you have selected the size
and colour you require otherwise default will be selected
and this may cause problems during the returns process.
